Shipping

Tirto Studio products are made to order. That means your item is produced after checkout instead of being pulled from bulk inventory.

Production Time

Our first print-on-demand T-shirt is currently fulfilled through SwiftPOD via Printify. The current production and handling time for this product is up to 10 business days before carrier transit.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time includes:

  • production and handling time
  • carrier transit time
  • any customs or local delivery processing for international orders

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates can vary by product, destination, and order contents. The current Printify/SwiftPOD rates recorded for our first T-shirt are:

  • United States: $4.29 for the first item, plus $2.09 for each additional item
  • Indonesia and Rest of World: $10.00 for the first item, plus $4.00 for each additional item
  • Europe examples, including Germany and France: $13.49 for the first item, plus $4.00 for each additional item
  • Great Britain: $13.59 for the first item, plus $4.00 for each additional item

Rates shown are current as of July 2026 and may change; final cost is confirmed at checkout.

Final shipping options and any available delivery estimates should be reviewed at checkout, because carrier availability and rates can change based on the item, destination, and fulfillment setup.

International Orders

International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination. For destinations without a country-specific shipping profile, the Rest of World rate may apply.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Tirto Studio and may not be included in the product or shipping price shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Because products are made to order, address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has started.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at andretirtodipoero@gmail.com with your order number.

Delays

Production delays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and local delivery issues can affect delivery timing. If your order appears delayed, contact us with your order number and we will review the available tracking and fulfillment information.

Lost Or Returned Packages

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us with your order number.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, we will review the situation. Extra shipping costs may apply if the item can be resent.
