What does print-on-demand mean?
Print-on-demand means your item is produced after you place an order. Tirto Studio does not keep every design and variant in bulk inventory.
How long will my order take?
Our first print-on-demand T-shirt is currently fulfilled through SwiftPOD via Printify. The current production and handling time for this product is up to 10 business days before carrier transit.
Shipping time is separate from production time. The current shipping rate data for this product is:

Can I customize a product further?
Some products may allow limited customization, depending on the design and fulfillment setup. If customization is available, the product page will say so clearly. If it is not listed, contact us before ordering.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Compare the measurements with a similar item you already own rather than choosing only by the size label.
Will colors look exactly like the photos?
Product colors can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, product material, garment dye, and the print process. We do our best to present products clearly and honestly.
Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?
Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need help.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, issue, packaging, and shipping label if relevant.
If the issue qualifies as damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment error, we will review it and may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination. For the first Tirto Studio T-shirt, Printify/SwiftPOD data shows Rest of World shipping at $10.00 for the first item plus $4.00 for each additional item, and Europe examples from $13.49 to $13.59 for the first item plus $4.00 for each additional item.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges required by their country.
